David helped us with a desktop computer and a laptop that had viruses and other problems. He reloaded them and fixed up some email problems. He also explained things to us clearly, provided advice on what to do with our old computers and buying new computers in the future without all the jargon. David has helped us with all sorts of things from setting up new computers, printers, secure wireless home networks to troubleshooting various problems.
