Your technician will provide you with a special code and direct you to this page. If you've not spoken to a technician yet, please call +61 2 8977 4007 before going any further. Once your session code has been entered you will prompted by your computer to authorise a few things. Your technician will guide you through the answers if you aren't sure. You can download our Calling Card application by clicking on the I hate My PC Rescue icon below:  Save it to your desktop and then run it to install the Calling Card (Windows only, sorry). The calling card will place an I Hate My PC icon on your desktop. When you double-click on it the program shown at right will run. Enter your details and then you can initiate a remote support session with one of our technicians right away. It will stay on your computer until you uninstall it. Only you can start a session so it is secure. |
